Fanney Gísladóttir
Beautician
Fanney opened her first beauty salon in 2000 in Iceland, after graduating from the Reykjavik University of Aesthetics.
After deciding to move to Spain with her husband for a warmer lifestyle, she opened salon no. 2, Fancy Beauty Salon, in San Miguel de Salinas in November 2015.
Today, Fanney specialises in permanent makeup, micropigmentation, and tattoo removal. Her passion remains holistic beauty, including facials, lash lifts and tinting, and more. Her client base has grown over the years thanks to her extensive knowledge, her experience in all aspects of beauty, and her friendly, welcoming approach with every client. She brings a wealth of expertise to the aesthetics industry and is highly respected by her colleagues.
Kristín Sveinbjörnsd. Parrott
Podiatrist
Kristín is a podiatrist and moved to sunny Spain from Saudi Arabia in 2021 with her husband and her dog, Sheba.
Kristín graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Podiatry from the University of Plymouth. She has gained experience working in the UK NHS and in private practice. Kristín is registered with the UK and Iceland Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Before earning her degree, she worked for several years in the aviation industry in Saudi Arabia, England, and Iceland.
Kristín believes everyone should make foot care a priority.

Regina Medve
Nail Specialist
Regina moved to Spain from Hungary in November 2024 to enjoy a better quality of life and the sunshine with her husband and her dog.
She specialises in gel nails and extensions, as well as gel pedicures. She has over 20 years of experience and is an excellent nail technician.
Scarlet Erlingsson Cunillera
Beautician
Scarlet was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Iceland at an early age. She graduated in 2013 from the Iceland Beauty Academy and earned a Master’s qualification in 2014. Scarlet has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and, in 2014, she bought Rósa Beauty Salon in Iceland, where she ran the salon for five years.
Scarlet moved to Spain in 2018 with her husband and their two daughters in search of new adventures. She speaks Spanish, English, and Icelandic.
